Amount Payable Variation Clauses Projected costs based on: -Estimated Basket of Goods based on prior UOW service requirements; and -CPI calculations based on 3% annual increase. During The University negotiated a variation to Agreement clause 7.5 to facilitate personnel costs to be adjusted by the Minimum Wage Increase, this is likely to be higher than modelled 3% CPI rate.
